Elizabeth Garza
Elizabeth Garza serves as Director of State Implementation at 806 Technologies, where she partners with school districts to support successful implementation, strengthen compliance practices, and helps educators maximize the value of their software solutions.
With nearly two decades of experience in K–12 education, Elizabeth brings extensive expertise in federal programs, school improvement, compliance, assessment, and school safety. Before joining 806 Technologies, she served as Director of Federal & Special Programs for Greenwood ISD, Director of Assessment, Compliance & Evaluation for Midland ISD, and Director of Federal Programs for Stanton ISD.
Elizabeth also spent nearly 15 years at Region 18 Education Service Center, where she supported districts across Texas as an Educational Consultant specializing in federal grant services and school safety. In that role, she provided professional development, guided districts through regulatory requirements, and conducted school safety audits to help schools strengthen their programs and maintain compliance.
Drawing on her experience as both a district leader and trusted consultant, Elizabeth understands the challenges educators face and is passionate about helping districts simplify complex processes, strengthen program implementation, and achieve meaningful outcomes for students.
