Adam Smith

Adam Smith serves as Vice President of Strategy, Business Development & Partnerships at 806 Technologies, where he works alongside state agencies, school districts, and educational leaders to build strategic partnerships and help organizations implement solutions that strengthen planning, compliance, and continuous improvement.

With nearly 30 years of experience in public education, Adam has served in a variety of leadership roles, including teacher, assistant principal, principal, Executive Director of Student Services, and Assistant Superintendent of Student Services. Throughout his career, he led district initiatives that supported student success, strengthened school operations, and empowered educators to achieve meaningful results. Adam also earned an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from Lindenwood University, further strengthening his expertise in educational leadership.

Having served at every level of district leadership, Adam understands the opportunities and challenges educational leaders face each day. His collaborative, consultative approach helps organizations align strategy with practice, navigate change with confidence, and implement solutions that create lasting impact.

After a career dedicated to serving students and educators in public schools, Adam continues that commitment at 806 Technologies by helping districts leverage practical technology solutions that simplify complex work, strengthen collaboration, and support long-term success for schools, staff, and students.
